Stress Management

Stress is a part of the human experience. We all experience stress to a certain degree and we can even be helped by some stress when it motivates us to study harder, plan, and organize ourselves to avoid negative outcomes. However, stress in excess can be debilitating, overwhelming and can have harmful consequences to our bodies, minds, and relationships. Through counselling I can support you to better understand your stress, find better ways to manage it, learn tools and strategies to reduce it and overall find balance and ease within yourself.
